SOMETIMES IT CAN BE DAUNTING TO START OUT ON A NEW JOG/RUN PROGRAMME, I UNDERSTAND
Everyone starts out with that first step, but once you get into the rhythm you’ll find it gets so much easier. I have coached several jogging groups in Derbyshire and Crieff that catered to a variety of abilities from absolute beginner to half marathon training!
I qualified as a Jog Leader with Jog Derbyshire in 2015 and have personally found that jogging can help you lose weight, get fitter, reduce stress and meet more like-minded people in your own community.
I moved to Crieff in 2018 and restarted my business and I relocated to Bertha Park in Perth in 2020.
C25K sessions started summer 2022 and the group is continuing to up their distance.
I offer different running programmes from C25K, 3-7.5K, 5-10K, Fastest 5K, Half Marathon and beyond. These programmes are run throughout the year so keep an eye on the Facebook Page to stay updated on when each programme is starting.

The following programmes are ones I have delivered and had great feedback from the participants. I like to think each time I have repeated delivering a programme I adapt and improve it to suit the participants so, you might see some that surpise you!
This is great if you want to start out and have struggled with the free app (the app is great but a qualified run coach is better!)
This came about because my C25K graduates kept repeating even though they ran the 5km no problem - turns out they found the idea of 10km too indimidating so I created this just for them and they flourished!
A natural next step once you've nailed either the C25K or the 3-7.5k programme!
10-15K (Half Marathon Training)
This programme is a bit more involved with on demand sessions and more homework! Definitely worth doing if you want to up your running game and you're ready to commit to a bit more training.
This can be done straight after C25K or after any other programme - this is a way to improve your running speed.
