12-week Online Programme

  • Starts Monday 15th April 2024
  • 12 weeks to get to grips with what's stopping you from achieving your goals
  • You’ll get a tailored online workout programme that fits around YOU and YOUR schedule.
  • No equipment is required (but if you have some that you WANT to use I’ll factor that in)
  • You’ll have access to 19 nutrition modules (Nutrition Masterclass worth £399) which will teach you ALL you need to know about how to improve your health, food habits and nutrition - created by experts!
  • You’ll learn what’s the right food to eat for you, your body and your life.
  • You'll have access to the Psychology of Behaviour Change Course (5 modules worth £99)
  • We’ll get to the bottom, together, of why you eat the way you do and I’ll equip you with the tools to help you. You’ll learn more about triggers, stress management or getting more sleep.
  • You’ll start April knowing that I’ve got your back - I’ve got a decade of experience at helping women just like you get fitter, feel more confident, more energised and change their relationship with food for the better.
  • This is a sustainable programme that will equip you with knowledge and tools to help you. No faddy diets, no foods are restricted!
  • Spaces are limited - this is so I can give each of you my full attention and commitment you deserve.

How does it work?

  • You’ll receive your online workouts each week and access to the nutrition modules.
  • We’ll have a 1-2-1 call each week to check-in with you and see what’s working and what’s not and that gives me chance to get you back on track (if you need it!
  • Each week we’ll have an online call as a group in our private Facebook group. This is so I can answer questions and so you guys can support each other!
