This Flabby Mummy Runs!

I have been coaching people to run since 2015 when I took my LIRF (Leadership in Running Fitness) via Jog Derbyshire.

I have taken loads of people from couch to 5k, 10k, half marathon and beyond!

I love running myself and had been attempting to "become a runner" for about 11 years before I actually got my coaching qualification.

In this section I have tried to impart my knowledge on running that I have gained from both experience and information.

I have split these articles into the four main elements of running:

  • Endurance
  • Speed
  • Strength

All four of these are vital if you want to become a better, faster and less injury prone runner!
