A is for "abs" yes we all have them but do we all use them properly? This class will teach you how to axctively engage your abdominal muscles for a more effectiev workout.

B is for "bums" your gluteal muscles - we love to sit on them and they love to be lazy but most people are not recruiting their glutes which can result in knee and back pain! I'll teach you how to get your bum working for YOU and burning fat!

C is for "core" that's all the muscles that go around your torso like a corset - I'll help you to improve your posture and reduce back pain (can also aid digestion too!)

We call it a bootcamp because it’s combination of exercises designed to fire up your muscles and make you feel great. But it’s more of a fitcamp or fun group fitness session. It doesn’t mean i’ll be shouting at you, I promise.

The class is varied from week to week (so you don't get bored) and we use body weight resistance exercises, plyometrics, functional equipment such as medicine balls, powerbags and swiss balls.
