I am a Flabby Mummy!

So working my core muscles and my glutes is very important to me!

Making sure that I activate my bum muscles means that I am using the largest muscles in my body, which makes me a more efficient fat burning machine! It also means that I can pick my kids up off the floor without putting my back out!

You don't have to be a flabby mummy to take part in this class - just willing to learn from one!!

Boxercise is a non-contact class where we ONLY hit pads and not each other.

It's an energetic class that will have you burning fat and laughing. So if you fancy trying boxing without the actual fighting then Boxercise is for you!

Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in great fun, stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit!

Boxercise is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. It combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems which ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances hand-eye co-ordination, balance and timing.


Are you looking for a fun workout class that you can do with your toddler?

Then look no further, JungleFit is a class that I created in 2015 when I had a busy toddler and a 1 year old, it's designed to help you get back into the routine of exercise whilst your toddler enjoys the animal themed-class.

We use a variety of primal movement patterns, plyometrics (jumping) and bodyweight exercises.

We also play games and use hoops, bean bags and our imaginations!

I am a Flabby Mummy to 5 (aged 2 - 18)

So the time I have to work out myself is squeezed between work, kids, the house, cooking and all that life throws at us!

JungleFit allows you to have a full-body workout without having to worry about a babysitter. You'll meet like-minded parents, gain energy, confidence and get to spend quality time with your toddler!

Suitable for ALL abilities - maybe you never stopped working out? Maybe you've had a break post-pregnancy?

I can adapt exercises to suit you!


The RockBox concept is the ultimate combination of training using boxing and drumming to sculpt your body. Alternating cardio and toning, RockBox provides an all over body interval workout which has been stated to burn more fat than a class on a typical aerobic curve.

Boxing training is known for the full body workout and we incorporate that training in RockBox classes to maximise fat burning, enhance fitness levels, release mood-boosting chemicals, stabilise blood pressure, and support stress management.

RockBox uses non-weighted drumsticks providing tools for toning and sculpting, building strength, improving balance, posture and core stability.
